How to order

In the online shop www.crazy-kids.com you have the options to place an order without registration or by first registering a profile in our system.

To place an order, you need to go through the following steps:

1. Product selection

To place an order, you must add at least one product to your cart. This can be done by opening the product page of a specific product, selecting a desired color and size from the available product options, and clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. / When selecting a size, please click the "Size guide" button to determine the exact size of the garment that is right for your child. / In the same way, you can add more items to the Cart. To order the product (s) from your cart, you must click the "My cart" button at the top right of each page of the site, then click the "Buy" button.

2. Determination of quantities / Application of promo code / voucher

On the "Cart" page, you can change the quantities for each product you've added to your Cart by entering a digit in the "Column" column and clicking the blue "Refresh" button. If you want to remove a product entirely from your cart, you should click on the red button with the "X" sign to delete the product.

If you have a Promo Code (Coupon) you can apply it to get a discount on the price of your order by clicking on the Promo Code (Coupon) option located under the products in your cart, enter the promo code / characters / and click the "Use Coupon" button. The price of your order will be automatically recalculated with the discount applied. The discount you receive applies only to the total amount of products in your cart, does not apply to the shipping price.

If you have a voucher, you select the Voucher option, enter the Voucher code and click on the "Use voucher" button. The price of your order will be automatically recalculated with the discount applied. The discount you receive is applied to the final total amount of your order, including the shipping cost.

To go to the next step of your order, you need to click the "Order" button

3. "Order as Guest", "Register" an account, or "Login" to your existing account

At this point, if you have not previously logged in with a username and password, you will have to choose whether to place a "guest" order without registration or by creating an account while placing the order, or by logging in as a registered user.

4. Shipping address

If you have logged into your account: Choose a Shipping address from your already entered addresses. If you want to specify a different Shipping address, click the "I want to use another address" button and enter the relevant data.

5. Delivery method

The delivery of your order is made by courier.

6. Payment method

Choose the Payment method your prefer.

7. Confirmation of the order

At this step, the system lets you review the products that are included in your order again, then confirm it by clicking the "Confirm Order" button. You should review the Terms of Use of the Online Shop www.crazy-kids.com and if you agree with them, you need to tick the box "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions", as well as you need to tick the box "My age is over 16 years", in order to proceed to finalization of your order.

If you want to change any of the products you've already selected, click on the "My Cart" button at the top right of the page and then click the "Buy" button, then you can remove / change products and then go through the steps already described to make an order.

If you want to change a shipping address or choose another payment method, click on the desired option.

To confirm your order, click on the "Confirm Order" button. If you've chosen a form of payment other than "Cash On Delivery", you will be redirected to the page of the payment method you have selected to make a payment on your order.

If the payment method you selected is "Cash On Delivery", we will send your order within the specified time on the Delivery and Payment page and you will pay your order upon delivery.
